Alex Strawn

"I want every student to know that you are stronger and more capable than you THINK you are. On and off your mat! Sometimes all we need is a little confidence from a teacher to inspire us to go beyond what we think we can do. I want people to take the confidence they find on their mats and use it off their mats!" --Alex
