Day 1 : Get Started LIVE Class!

Monday

Let's get started! Over the next 30 days we will practice yoga, increase our fitness, and dive into Meditation. Tune in every day and if you miss a session, the playback will be available for you!

Day 2 : Guided Walk

Tuesday

Lace up your sneakers and get outside for today's workout. Press play on this video to get a guided, timed experience. All you need to do is listen to the cues and you'll be on your way!

Day 3 : LIVE Yoga Class!

Wednesday

This quick flow will focus on Sun Salutations, moving pent up energy, and ending with a 5 minute meditation to center your mind.

Day 4 : Upper Body Sculpt

Thursday

Today's class is all about the upper body... with some full body moves sprinkled in. Grab a set of hand-weights and get started!

Day 5 : 30 Minutes of Feel-Good Flow

Friday

Take a day off. Rest day does NOT mean no movement. It means light movement. Go for a walk.

Day 6 : Yoga Flow for Better Balance

Saturday

This is a 20 Minute experience that combines what you love about yoga with healthy cardio blasts.

Day 7: Guided Run/Walk

Sunday

Lace up your sneakers, pop on your headphones, and press play. I'll guide you through a 30 minute walking meditation.

Day 8: LIVE Yoga Class

Monday

This quick flow will challenge your legs, glutes, and all of the muscles that help stabilize your hips and low back. Leave class feeling rooted!

Day 9: Yin & Restorative Yoga

Tuesday

This is a restorative practice that includes 30 minutes of poses and 12 minutes of meditation. Tune in for some or all!

Day 10: LIVE Class

Wednesday

Day 12: Yoga + Intervals

Friday

This is a 20 Minute experience that combines what you love about yoga with healthy cardio blasts.

Day 13: REST DAY
